The ideal franchise candidate should be passionate about empowering children ages 5-12 to uncover their hidden potential, embrace challenges, and think critically in the context of science, technology, engineering, art, and math. SGEDU cultivates young trailblazers who have an insatiable curiosity and desire to achieve greatness. 

We seek those who possess strong leadership skills, excellent communications skills, and a charismatic personality. A background in technology or education is beneficial, but not required.
